Daniel Zullo / Managing Partner
Dan joined Phoenix after 10 years at a top-tier global professional services firm advising real estate and development clients. Now as a third-generation owner, Dan oversees the daily operations and project execution for the company. He is a licensed CPA and holds a B.S. from Saint Joseph’s University Haub School of Business.
Matthew Zullo / Partner
Matt has over 15 years of experience in real estate investment, management, and affordable housing and he is responsible for business development and strategy at Phoenix. He holds an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a B.A. from The George Washington University.

With over 25 years of modular building experience, Dino has built it all. From single-family homes to multi-family apartment buildings, Dino's wealth of knowledge allows Phoenix to handle any construction challenge.
Phil Casale / Director of Design & Construction
Phil brings nearly 20 years of modular housing experience to Phoenix. He has managed all aspects of the industry including manufacturing, design, engineering and construction.
Erica Watters / Operations Manager
Erica is the newest member of the team at Phoenix. With a background in construction managment, Erica is responsible for the the day to day operations of the company.
Robert Ruskuski / Project Manager
Rob has 30 years of general contracting and construction experience. He is responsible for managing all on-site preparation and finish work.
