Prepared and coordinated with civil engineer / environmental firm all zoning and building permit / sub codes submittals, street opening permits
Coordinated and installed Superior Walls foundations and attended inspections
Assisted with the preparation of Township S-3, S-4 and W-3 approvals
Analyzed Township infrastructure work and provided pricing on site clearing, excavating, installation of domestic sewer, water, fire suppression copper lines, water basin, site safety fencing
Tracked all costs associated with Township site work to ensure Owner received proper reimbursements from Township
Worked with county and municipal police to develop delivery and staging plans
Assembled modules onto foundation, completed all interior modular finish work
Managed all service requests under manufacturer warranty
Responsible for obtaining Certificate of Occupancy
