    • Contractor of record for overall development

    • Key contact for all stakeholders on behalf of owner

    • Reviewed land use ordinances and other municipal codes to ensure compliance

    • Assisted with Township negotiations, site acquisition, and variance process

    • Value engineered the plans for maximum efficiency and savings

    • Directed third party Energy Star inspection firm to prepare energy modeling prescriptive and coordinated in-factory Energy Star inspection

    • Provided multiple rounds of designs for owner to present to zoning officials and the Affordable Housing Trust Fund (DCA) for approval

    • Worked with owner Chief Development Officer to ensure timely grant reimbursement

    • Provided weekly status updates to project owner during the pre-development process.

    • Prepared and coordinated with civil engineer/environmental firm all zoning and building permit / sub codes submittals, street opening permits

    • Coordinated and installed Superior Walls foundations and attended inspections

    • Assisted with the preparation of Township S-3, S-4 and W-3 approvals

    • Analyzed Township infrastructure work and provided pricing on site clearing, excavating, installation of domestic sewer, water, fire suppression copper lines, water basin, site safety fencing

    • Tracked all costs associated with Township site work to ensure owner received proper reimbursements from Township

    • Worked with county and municipal police to develop delivery and staging plans

    • Assembled modules onto foundation, completed all interior modular finish work

    • Managed all service requests under manufacturer warranty

    • Responsible for obtaining Certificate of Occupancy
