    • Reviewed land use ordinances and other municipal codes to ensure compliance

    • Value engineered the plans for maximum efficiency and savings

    • Directed third party Energy Star inspection firm to prepare energy modeling prescriptive and coordinated in-factory Energy Star inspection

    • Provided multiple rounds of designs for Owner to present to zoning officials and the Affordable Housing Trust Fund (DCA) for approval

    • Value engineered the HVAC system design

    • Worked with county and municipal police to develop delivery and staging plans

    • Assembled modules onto foundation, completed all interior modular finish work

    • Installed vinyl siding and prefabricated porch roofs

    • Managed all service requests under manufacturer warranty
